My fiance and I have become avid drive-in movie lovers recently. I think this is partly beause neither of us went to them often when we were little kids or teenagers and partly because I have a convertible so its that much funner to watch with the top down…
We have a routine down pat now, we know the angle at which to park the car and we bring lots of pillows and blankets and put the front seats down so that we can lay with our feet up over the back padded with lots of pillows – its so much fun.
Getting out is a bit of a gymnastics routine though! On Saturday night I actually had to literally tumble out and nearly landed on my arse, to which I was relieved that no one saw.
Anyway, I highly recommend the movie WAL-E. Its the new Disney Pixar and its an absolutely wonderful love story.
