Thursday 6/5
While engrossed in finishing a book I sat next to my fiance while nervously shaking my leg and thus shaking the couch every so slightly. As he was dozing off, my fiance grabbed the sides of the couch and lurched up, obviously turning my attention to whatever had startled him.
“What is it?” I asked with interest?
“Did you feel that earthquake that just occured?” He said with some terror and confusion in his voice.
“You mean this earthquake?” I said while laughing and jittering my leg again.
“Yea… That one…” He said with a little embarrassment and a lot of entertainment in his voice.
