Tuesday 7/8
4th of July was a beautiful sunny day on the Central Coast of California. It wasn’t too hot to play games in the back yard either…
Several of the guys at the picnic and a few of the girls too wanted to play whiffle ball, but our back yard is too small for that game so we decided to adjourn to the athletic fields across the street which belong to a school. No big deal, no?
I am not too into sports but I will always go and watch so I trotted over with my dog and my wine and proceeded to hand both over the fence that we were all hoping.
As I had Bob held up above my head a speeding white cruises came to a screeching halt next to me (and the others in line to hop over) and advised us to not do that.
Apparently the fence was there for a reason…
