Questionably Fabulous

I heard on the radio this morning that a dog who is chained up is much more likely to bite someone and or get into a fight with another dog than if he/she is running free.  

I have been trying to tell my mom that for years – now I finally have evidence as to why I should be able to run free and she goes and points out that a dog who is not able to reach any humans or other dogs can’t bite them whether they are chained up or not.  

I see her point.
