Icons Away
A few famous people have passed recently… And while I don’t mean to belittle these losses I still wan to put my Questionably Fabulous spin on it all.
Death is a very personal thing. But I think we get a certain amnesia when a person passes. And so, with the passing of Farrah Fawcett and Michael Jackson we of course reflect on the amazing contributions that these icons gave to the world.
But what about the negative things that were caused by people who pass?

Wedding Pictures
If you’d like to see wedding pictures you can find them in one of two ways. A) Go to my Facebook or MySpace page to view some that friends have given me. Search for me if I’m not already “your friend”. AC Fabulous should get me every time. B) Hound my photographers to post them online. [...]

I’m Sorry
I haven’t written in a while and part of me feels like apologizing to my readers. And then I realize, wait, I don’t have that many readers, the ones I do have are all family members and friends and quite frankly they don’t give a sheista if I write or not… so I guess I [...]

What a Ride
Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways – Chardonnay in one hand – chocolate in the other – body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming “WOO HOO, What a Ride”

FOF – STD & Other Acronyms
I just read two of the weirdest blog entries ever. Ok, I exaggerate. The blogs were not weird – the tale was. Help the fact that these two (Part 1 and Part 2) entries on one of my favorite sites (www.selfabsorbed.me) are titled “Faking It” and that I, of course, needed to read it. [...]

Changes to the Site
A proposed design change to the site… Let me know if you like it better… A guy told me this might increase my marketability to male readers… I think it would only work if computers omitted smells… http://bacolicio.us/http:/questionablyfabulous.com

Pour One Out for the Homies We’ve Lost
My grand mother passed away this week. She will be greatly missed and as a constant reminder and dedication to her, let claim (or blame) lay where it should – she was the subject of my very first blog. Edith, born in 1920 in New York, died of natural causes and on her own [...]

The Re-Steal
Hopefully you read the post “Beg, Borrow & Steal”… If not, go do so. Cause I stole it from that lady who stole it from some book… and I’m sure that in reality its some mass chain email somewhere… But it’s still fun… The Rules: 1. Put iTunes on shuffle. 2. For each question, press [...]

Excuses Excuses
I want to apologize for not writing at all in several weeks… almost months. And I don’t mean to insinuate that I’m apologizing to you, the reader, because truthfully I owe it to myself. When I started this blog it was for ME. I wrote on my MySpace page to get stuff out of [...]

In Awe
I tried to write yesterday, a reaction piece about our country’s decision to elect our first minority into the Presidency… But the words would not come. Simply stated, I am in awe of how far this country has come. I honestly was not sure if I’d live to see this day and am overcome with [...]

I’m Leaving on a Jet Plane
I’m Leaving on a Jet Plane Today is my last day at the winery where I work. I am really sad to be going in some ways and I simply cannot wait to run outta here and yell FREEDOM (like Mel Gibson did in “Braveheart”) or sing “School’s Out for Summa”… Its easier for me [...]
